Intelligent Movement Forever is a system of healthy movement developed by Via Anderson to help individuals from all walks of life eliminate pain and live better, longer, and safer in their bodies at every age.  

Intelligent Movement is movement that is aware, aligned, and pure, the way the human body was designed to move, or becoming aware, aligned, and pure. 

The IMF system of healthy movement is grounded in yoga therapy, functional movement, corrective exercise, eccentric stretching, and fascial release,  You can expect a dramatic improvement in the way you move, feel, and look when you learn and practice IMF with Via. IMF will help you:

ABOUT VIA ANDERSON

Via Anderson is a 76-year-old grandmother with a pacemaker who embodies intelligent movement for herself and helps others do the same. She believes that moving intelligently is the elixir of healthy living.

Via is the founder of Intelligent Movement Foreverwhose mission is to help you unlock your intelligent, pain-free movement for better performance and health longevity. She is the creator of MoveEasy101, a 90-day online course introducing the IMF system of healthy movement. 

The Philosophy

Via uses her unique blend of yoga and movement training and skills to help her clients discover their own movement patterns and learn how to move purely, without compensation and without pain. Inspired and informed by modern-day yoga and movement heroes,

Via is equipped to work with athletes, seniors, persons with injuries, and persons who have (until now) resisted movement, helping them to erase pain, perform better, and live better in their bodies.

She taught her first Yoga class in 2002 and has been gathering tools for intelligent movement, including Yoga Tune Up®, BASI Pilates, Ki-Hara Resistance Stretching, and Functional Synergy for herself and her students and clients ever since.
