MoveEasy101 Online

MoveEasy101 is  an ongoing online course that teaches the Intelligent Movement Forever system of healthy movement. 

All you need is a laptop computer, an internet connection, and a quiet space in your home or your hotel room.

Drop in any Tuesday at 10 am Pacific Time. Adjust for your own time zone. 

Or save money and purchase a package of 10 classes, 20 classes, or 52 classes. 

NOTE: If you live in PV your class packages can also be used to attend the IMF class at 1-2pm on Thursdays at Yoga Vallarta in Old Town.
